Return Policy
All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.
All sale items, limited releases, and promotional items are final sale.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service; we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
International Orders
International orders are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
